The application will recommend the nearest device, or the most appropriate output device, from among multiple devices based on speed, volume, or finishing option (punch, staple, etc.) and will forward print jobs automatically.

Applications developed using bEST technology that employ user authentication, can provide output tracking for each user or department. These applications can tally up counter information and set limits by user or by department for multiple devices with ease, raising user awareness of printing costs and supporting reduced running costs.

Secure document output management

Follow-me print prevents unauthorized access and improves office document/print workflow. Password-protected documents can be printed upon various types of user authentication ensuring that only the user who outputs the document can pick it up from the MFP.

From the bizhub MFP control panel, a user can browse a list of files stored on an output management system or inside the MFP, select a file to print, choose the appropriate print settings, and receive the hardcopy output at any time and from any location.
