My Address

My Address gives users customised address books by allowing them to register only the necessary addresses. Users can view their own address book on any My Address-compatible MFP on the network. My Address can be edited easily and efficiently from the user's PC.

Registering Users/Groups in an Address Book

Users can register up to 100 address books. Up to 10 groups of users can also be registered for easy all-at-once sending. Users can choose icons or attach photo images* to represent each address.

Importing & Exporting Addresses

Addresses can be imported and exported. With password-protected SSL encryption, data security is ensured.
