User Settings

My Panel lets users customise the control panel’s top menu and shortcut keys by registering their preferred language, unit (mm or inches), and frequently used functions. It allows users to call up their preferred control panel screen from any MFP on the network. The settings can be created and edited efficiently from the user's PC.

System Settings (language, unit, and colour to be applied to the device panel, and the screen to be displayed after login is specified)

Top Menu Settings (specify shortcut keys displayed on the top menu)

Copy Setting (specify shortcut keys for the copy function and default tab settings)

Fax/Scan Settings (specify shortcut keys for the fax/scan functions and default tab settings)

Administrators can select individual users and edit System Settings, Top Menu Settings, Copy Settings and Fax/Scan Settings.
