Automatically detect and display a list of devices on a network

PageScope Net Care automatically detects devices on a network and displays them as a device list. The list is updated at certain interval, which users can adjust and switch view windows depending on their needs.

The view windows include:
• All Printer View
• Subnet View
• Maker View
• Customer Group View
• My Printers View

Display current status of device

PageScope Net Care graphically displays a current status of detected devices on a network. Users can check device's option configuration and job status at their desk. Also, it can be used as a remote operational panel.

Change detailed settings of device

Changing network settings, such as printer parameters, IP addresses as well as Multi-Setting of multiple devices within the same custom group are available with simple operation. Saving the Multi-Setting as a template is useful when adding new devices to a network. Detailed settings for designated model is also available.

E-mail notification of device error

PageScope Net Care notifies you of device status and other information such as error and toner level by e-mail. Also, users can retrieve a device list as well as the information of status/configuration of particular devices by e-mail.

Keep account information for total print, error, and jam

PageScope Net Care graphically displays log information about the total number of prints, jams, and errors for certain period of time. Using this data, administrator can effectively manage the device population in an office according to clients' printing workload.

Note:In order for users to keep software upgraded, Net Care server notifies administrators by e-mail that the latest version of Net Care and/or plug-in for New Models are uploaded to the web.
