Using this Utility, you can import e-mail addresses from an existing address book, and export them to another machine to create a new address book.

You can import addresses from:

• Machine
Use an existing address book to create a new one. PageScope Address Book Utility copies e-mail addresses from one machine to another, eliminating the process of re-registering existing addresses manually.

• LDAP server
Import e-mail addresses from an LDAP server. You can search and pick up only the addresses you want to add to a new address book.
Supported servers: Lotus Domino Server 5.08 (Notes), NDS eDirectory 8.7 (GroupWise), Active Directory (Microsoft Exchange 2000).

• Files
You can also import e-mail address from some application files with certain file formats to create a new address book.
Supported file formats: CSV, tab delimited text, LDIF, Notes Structured Text.
It's possible to export an address list to several machines at once. You don't have to go and enter e-mail address to each machine using operation panel. Also, once you created a address book, you can save it as a backup data for the future use.
