Users can easily group multiple documents ("vertual merging") without changing the status of the original file. Each file in a grouped documents is easy to browse through. Users can copy or move grouped multiple documents by a simple drag-and-drop operation and easily convert them from JPEG, TIFF, or other image formats to PDFs by a simple right-mouse click.

A visual desktop enables users to find documents quickly by searching through thumbnail images of the documents. Annotations like stamp, keywords, and memo tags or dates added to a file name can also speed up the search process.

Using a simple drag & drop operation, users can easily attach documents (including grouped multiple documents) to an e-mail and send them to printer or fax.
