Problems and Results
A major patent office Hatta & Associates used to have problems with fax operation in their everyday business, such as delay in checking incoming faxes in the output tray and failure in confirmation of incoming faxes. In addition, the fact that staff members concurrently assumed administration of PCs was affecting their core business activities. They, therefore, adopted the solutions proposed by Konica Minolta.
