As the most innovative printing service company in the Netherlands, DM Interface clearly distinguishes itself from its competitors by offering personalised, full-colour marketing tools—from printed mail to electronic newsletters and e-mail campaigns—that are produced using all types of direct media. Full Colour Direct Mail (FCDM) involves full personalisation of all content, including varied formatting, text components and images, all based on personal details or preferences. With 30 employees, DM Interface turns highly individual customer wishes into attractive printed output, always involving variable data printing. Customers come from all business areas, including the financial market and household names like Saab Nederland. The use of Konica Minolta's colour printers allows DM Interface great flexibility in producing small and large print runs at very attractive prices.

Since 2004, DM Interface has revolutionised the Dutch market for direct marketing with its FCDM market approach. Its success is obvious not only from DM Interface's impressively growing print volumes—they also received a "Golden Z Award" for innovation in the Netherlands. Even before the official sales start, DM Interface ordered the first five Konica Minolta bizhub PRO C6500e in Europe, with the intention to put even more pressure on the price for variable colour prints of exceptional quality.

The workflow

DM Interface produces any direct mail piece with variable content for customers from all business fi elds. The unique proposition of DM Interface is based on their high level of personalisation. With smart use of database information of a target group, DM Interface is able to execute and produce Direct Mail packs (of several components like a letter with a poster, a fl yer, or a coupon), fully personalised in text and images. All of this is then produced in one run at engine speed, which guarantees high productivity and ensures that short deadlines are always met.
